我们的服务就是体现在人性化服务,要精益求精,为客人营造出一种在家的感觉。我现所拥有的经验还较少,前面还有很多的东西要等着我学习。工作中有时也难免会出现失误之处,出现的问题我会引以为戒,在今后的工作中要再接再厉。
